Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, without skin, without bone
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 500 grams sausage, of Turkey
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 100 grams mayonnaise

Preparation

Cook for 35 mins. chicken breast, skinless and boneless in a liter of water with a spoonful of coffee.
Once you have the cooked breast, shred it, reserve the chicken broth for the next step.
Slice the tomatoes in four, remove the seeds and put them in the blender with 1/8 onion and a cup (250ml) of the broth obtained when cooking the chicken breast. Blend until you get a tomato puree of liquid consistency.
Put the chorizo ​​in a pan, add the shredded chicken and once it has been integrated into the turkey sausage add a cup (250 ml) of the tomato puree. Cover and let the stew rest.
Meanwhile, in a griddle, put the flour tortillas, previously spread with mayonnaise, to heat.
Put a tablespoon of the chicken tinga in each tortilla, roll and part in four equal parts.

PRESENTATION

Serve them alone or with slices of tomato, avocado and onion or with ketchup. Children love them.

TIPS

When it's time to cook your chorizo, cover the pan so it does not dry out. And to your tortillas, put mayonnaise so that they are soft and it is easier to make the "donquitos".
