Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of dry pepper
  • 5 pieces of guajillo chili pepper
  • 4 pieces of ancho chili pepper
  • 4 pieces of pasilla chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of allspices
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander seed
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of meat according to your preference, in a thin cut. It can be a T-bone. 500 grams
  • 2 spoonfuls of sea salt

    Preparation
