Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can pineapple, Drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cups plum sauce, China
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons dry pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, Chinese
  • 2 cups duck, shredded
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped seedless
  • 2 plums, fresh and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 12 leaves Romaine lettuce

Preparation

In a cacerolita put the ingredients of the sauce and leave in soft fire for 5 minutes
Add the duck and let it warm. Turn off and add the onion, cucumber, plum and sesame

PRESENTATION

To serve put the duck on the lettuce leaf and put sesame.
