Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • lemons
  • ground peppers
  • salt
  • fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

Lightly coat a pan with the olive oil once it is very hot. (Approximately it takes like 10 minutes)
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, add the onion and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and add the juice of a lemon

PRESENTATION

Add chopped cilantro on top of the fajitas. Serve with flour or corn tortillas if you prefer.

excelente nadamas que tomé, un punto de la otra receta, antes de meter el pollo sin remojar en limón.mejor lo remojar media hr u quedó super riquísimo.
