The corn is a basic ingredient in the food of people, try this recipe of corn cake with meat, you will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • 6 corn, shelled
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Boil the corn and grind it in the blender with the milk.
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the onion.
Once the onion is cooked, add the ground meat and the spices and salt until the meat is half cooked.
In a pyrex serve a layer of corn, one of meat, one of corn, one of meat. The top one will be corn and sprinkled with sugar.
It goes into the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve with salad of lettuce or tomato.

TIPS

You can use tin corn although I like it more with natural corn.

preguntas me pregunto si se puede usar elote de lata, y a cual leche se refiere, y al final cuanta azucar porque no viene en los ingredientes....
