Delicious chicken entomatadas, a very delicious dish that you can prepare at home any day of the week. Delicious corn tortillas stuffed with chicken, dipped in tomato sauce accompanied with fresh cheese, cream, avocado and onion. A delight

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Cube of chicken bouillon
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of oil
  • 1 chicken breast shredded
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • to taste of avocado To accompany
  • to taste of cream
  • to taste of fresh cheese
  • to taste of onion sliced

Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion bucket of chicken broth and garlic and water.
In a saucepan add a little oil and sauté the sauce, add the bay leaves, season with salt and pepper, let it consume a little.
In a pan, you pass the tortillas by oil. Then fill with the chicken. Pour the sauce on top.
Garnish with fresh cheese, avocado, cream and onion slices.

TIPS

You can fill in the fresh cheese entomatadas. To the sauce you can add chipotle chile if you want them spicy. Accompany with rice or beans.
