If you want to prepare your family something delicious for the reheating of the next day, prepare these delicious and super easy enmoladas, as the name says, fried tortillas stuffed with the reheated turkey, bathed in homemade mole and served with cream, cheese, onions and avocado.

4 portions
  • 6 cups chicken soup, for mole
  • 1 cup mass, in pasta
  • 30 grams tablet chocolate table, 1/2 tablet for mole
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for mole
  • 1 pinch salt, for mole
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cups Turkey, shredded, from reheating
  • 3/4 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups vegetal oil
  • 12 tortillas
  • to taste fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • to taste sour cream
  • to taste white onion, cut in hoops
  • to taste avocado, cut into a fan


For the mole, in a pot, heat the chicken broth, dissolve the mole paste in it, add the table chocolate, cinnamon and season to your liking with salt. Cook until it thickens. Reservation.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the shredded turkey and add chicken broth so it does not dry, cover and cook until very hot. Rectify seasoning if necessary.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the tortillas, remove the excess grease with paper napkins. Reservation.
On a table form the dolls filling the tortillas with the turkey. Serve on a plate and bathe with mole. Garnish with cheese, cream, onion rings and avocado.

You can add all the chocolate you want to the mole to make it sweeter.
