If you want to prepare your family something delicious for the reheating of the next day, prepare these delicious and super easy enmoladas, as the name says, fried tortillas stuffed with the reheated turkey, bathed in homemade mole and served with cream, cheese, onions and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of chicken soup for mole
  • 1 Cup of mass in pasta
  • 30 grams of tablet chocolate table 1/2 tablet for mole
  • 1 piece of cinnamon slit for mole
  • 1 pinch of Salt for mole
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 3 cups of Turkey shredded, from reheating
  • 3/4 of Cup of chicken soup
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 12 pieces of tortilla
  • to taste of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • to taste of sour cream
  • to taste of White onion cut in hoops
  • to taste of avocado cut into a fan

    Preparation

    For the mole, in a pot, heat the chicken broth, dissolve the mole paste in it, add the table chocolate, cinnamon and season to your liking with salt. Cook until it thickens. Reservation.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the shredded turkey and add chicken broth so it does not dry, cover and cook until very hot. Rectify seasoning if necessary.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the tortillas, remove the excess grease with paper napkins. Reservation.
    On a table form the dolls filling the tortillas with the turkey. Serve on a plate and bathe with mole. Garnish with cheese, cream, onion rings and avocado.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with fresh cheese, cream and avocado in a fan.

    TIPS

    You can add all the chocolate you want to the mole to make it sweeter.
