For the mole, in a pot, heat the chicken broth, dissolve the mole paste in it, add the table chocolate, cinnamon and season to your liking with salt. Cook until it thickens. Reservation.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the shredded turkey and add chicken broth so it does not dry, cover and cook until very hot. Rectify seasoning if necessary.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the tortillas, remove the excess grease with paper napkins. Reservation.
On a table form the dolls filling the tortillas with the turkey. Serve on a plate and bathe with mole. Garnish with cheese, cream, onion rings and avocado.
