A delicious recipe for marinated beef cooked with peppers, onions and ready to enjoy with tortillas and guacamole.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 kilo flank steak
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • yellow bell peppers
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 onion, in strips
  • avocados
  • green sauces

Preparation

Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and coarse pepper in a deep bowl.
In an airtight bag marinate the meat with half the marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 10 before cooking.
Dip the peppers and onion in the remaining marinade and refrigerate.
Remove the beef from the marinade and cut into strips.
Prepare a frying pan over high heat so that it is very hot and seal the meat, then lower the heat and continue cooking until the end you want your fajitas.
Meanwhile, in another pan, cook onions and peppers over high heat until golden brown.
Heat the tortillas and serve.
Accompany the beef fajitas with the peppers and tortillas with guacamole and salsa.
