Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 fillet mignon
  • 1/4 of Cup of Oli de Nutrioli® Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 226 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 4 Basil leaves to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Coat the fillets with a little Nutrioli® Oli Oil and season on both sides.
Heat a pan over high heat with Oli Oil from Nutrioli® and seal the fillets on both sides. Remove.
Cut the tomatoes and cheese into thick slices and varnish the tomatoes with Oli Oil from Nutrioli®, salpimenta.
Place the fillets in a baking tray and add a slice of tomato, a cheese slice and a tomato slice.
Bake about 10 minutes or until you get the desired term.
For the reduction of balsamic, in a pot heat the vinegar with honey over medium heat and let reduce to obtain a thick consistency.
Remove the fillets from the oven and let stand a few minutes. Serve with the reduction and decorate with basil.
