Delicious fillet with mushroom sauce, it is a delicious fish that I love to prepare in the hot season, the fish always has to be fresh for the recipe to be great.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 can mushroom, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 sun steak, (300 grams each)
  • 1/2 limes
  • milks
  • flour
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 pinch dill

Preparation

The fish is soaked in salted milk and then floured.
It is fried in a large frying pan with hot oil. It is accommodated in a refractory.
Apart, prepare the sauce, melt the butter and add 2 tablespoons of flour until the flour is cooked, about 2 minutes. Put the juice of the mushrooms stirring with a balloon shake, add salt and the dill. Lemon juice last.
To finish, put the sauce on the fish and sprinkle the parsley.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with mint leaves.
