Fish Poblano with Watercress and Green Beans

This Fish recipe has a slight touch of itch with the creamy poblano chile sauce. Accompany it with watercress and green beans and add a good portion of vitamins and minerals that will give enormous benefits to your family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups potato, cooked, peeled and cut into medium cubes.
  • 2 cups green bean
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can Chile Poblano Cream, Campbell's ®
  • 1 cup watercress

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° c
Spread the fillets with salt, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the steaks for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and put in a baking tray.
Mix the potatoes with green beans, olive oil, oregano, salt. Stretch in the same tray where the steaks are and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Heat the butter over low heat in a small pot, add the poblano chile cream plus a can of water and cook for 5 minutes to thicken a little.
