Flank Steak Chimichanga

Prepare these delicious bean-stuffed chimichangas with juicy flank steak, queso aadero, pico de gallo, and a perfect blend of the new McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor. All this combination of flavors wrapped in a fried flour tortilla. Delicious!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 700 grams flank steak, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons bacon, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups refried beans
  • 1 1/4 cups asadero cheese, grated
  • 18 flour tortillas
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 1 McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor
  • to taste sour cream
  • to taste pico de gallo
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a frying pan on medium heat, cook the flank steak with a spoonful of oil to the desired term, season with salt and pepper. Cut with a knife in thin strips and set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until it releases its fat, add the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Assemble the chimichangas by spreading some beans on each tortilla. Add strips of flank steak and grilled cheese, close in the shape of a burrito and fry in hot oil over medium heat until browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve chimichangas and garnish with McCormick® Mayonnaise, guacamole flavor, sour cream and pico de gallo.

Serve chimichanga with McCormick® Mayonnaise with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.

TIPS

So that the frying is perfect and even, fry the chimichangas in deep oil at 180 °C. ( 356°F)
