The meat balls are an ideal dish for children for its rich flavor and fun presentation, do not hesitate to serve them during dinner or as part of a party or gathering snack because they are always a success. Consume the little ones at home with a different way of preparing the meat and make these balls of meat fried ...

4 portions
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 125 grams onion
  • 1/4 bread baguettes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk

The first step to make the meat balls is to prepare the ingredients. To do this, soak the piece of bread in the milk so that it softens and finely chop the onion as well as the parsley.
Next, mix the meat with all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until everything is completely integrated, remember to previously drain the bread and add the last cheese. Check the seasoning and correct if necessary adding more salt or pepper to the mixture.
Finally, form small balls with the meat mixture and fry in hot oil. Watch for browning without burning and remove excess oil with absorbent paper. If you want you can pass them for a little flour before frying, but it is not necessary. These delicious meat balls can be eaten both cold and hot.
The meat balls are a perfect recipe for children so serve them as a main dish and accompany them with a mashed potato or if you prefer, present them as an aperitif at a birthday party with a sausage paspalo and some tequeños.

If you want add a touch of grated Parmesan cheese after frying.

Serve immediately.
