With this easy and practical keto garlic chicken recipe, you're going to enjoy doing the keto challenge. It is a recipe with chicken that is prepared in just 2 steps and will result in a delicious main dish, accompanied by roasted vegetables, which can be part of a keto diet.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 guajillo chilies, cut into strips
  • 6 chicken thighs, without skin
  • 6 chicken legs, without skin
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • yellow lemons, sliced
  • broccoli, steamed, to accompany
  • bell pepper, roasted, to accompany

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the guajillo chili strips. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Seal the chicken pieces in the same pan where you fried the chilies, season with salt and sprinkle with garlic powder, add a cup of chicken broth, cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Serve in a cast iron skillet, garnished with yellow lemon slices and guajillo chili strips accompanied by broccoli and roasted peppers.

PRESENTATION

In a cast iron skillet, garnished with lemon wedges.

TIPS

If you want to give it a more spicy touch, you can add sliced chile de arbol.
