Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Heat in a pot over low heat oil, cook the onion and when it is transparent add the apple and orange segments, let cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mustard, ginger, cumin, sugar and vinegar. Leave to cook until reduced and has the consistency of jam. Chill and reserve.
Place the ham on a tray and cut diagonally, repeat the cuts in the opposite direction, make diamonds.
Pour the chutney on the leg, insert the cloves in each incision you made.
Bake for an hour and a half.
Serve in slices and bathe with orange chutney.
