Glazed Turkey Breast in Cranberry Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 1/2 cups bee honey, for the glaze
  • 1/8 teaspoons clove powder, for the glaze
  • 1 star anise, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 3 cups Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries, for the glaze
  • 2 cups Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic®, for the glaze
  • to taste salt and pepper, for the glaze and the breast
  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the Glaze, heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the onion, garlic, add the ginger, honey, bald, star anise, nutmeg, rosemary, 3 cups of Ocean Spray® Craisins ® Dehydrated Cranberries, and the Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic® juice, season to your liking and cook until the cranberries soften. Chill and reserve. Cool slightly
Blend the previous preparation until a smooth, shiny sauce is obtained. Reservation.
On a board, flange the turkey breast with hemp twine, season with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and seal the breast on all sides, add the sauce and glaze constantly. Remove from the pan and place in a tray, cover with the cranberry sauce, and bake for 30 minutes constantly bathing to achieve a perfect glaze.
Remove the breast from the oven and slice into thin slices. Serve on a plate and accompany with Christmas salad.


Cut the breast and serve with salad or pumpkin puree.


Constantly bathe the brisket with the glaze so that it is shiny and delicious.
