Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3/4 kilos ground beef
  • 3 white potatoes, big
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 package ground bread
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Cook the potatoes with peel until they are soft enough to puree. Once cooked peel and crush
Mix the ground meat, egg, salt, pepper and cornstarch in a bowl.
Add the mashed potatoes and mix perfectly.
To form balls or croquettes, to pass them by ground bread.
Fry over medium heat in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side, remove from the oil and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with salad.
