Preparation
Beat butter with blender until doubled in volume.
Add the Maizena® Regular Cornstarch, the cornmeal and the teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth incorporating gently.
Add the broth little by little until it forms a soft, moist dough.
To prepare the sauce, boil all the ingredients in 1 cup of water. Allow to cool slightly and blend. Reservation.
Stretch 2 tbsp. of dough on the leaf, place a few pieces of meat and 4 tablespoons of green sauce. Join both ends and fold the tip as tamale.
Place a pot with a bain-marie and arrange the tamales paraditos with the hole facing up.
