This way of preparing veal meat is very simple and rich, it gives a touch similar to the "suadero". Bring some lemon, cilantro and onions. It is a delight that you can prepare at home and eat in taquitos that you will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 700 grams veal, milled
  • 1 onion
  • 2 branches fresh coriander
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

In a saucepan, chop the onion into strips and fry in the oil along with the juice of 1 lemon.
Once stir-fried, add the cilantro.
At low heat, add the ground with the juice of the other lemons and salt.
Mix and leave until cooked, stirring occasionally.

PRESENTATION

Serve and enjoy in tacos with a rich sauce.
