Preparation
In a large pan brown the ham, onions, peppers and garlic in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the tomato puree and caramelize.
Add the parsley, the cream, the splash of milk and ½ cup of flour.
In a food processor pour the mixture (already cold) and make a ham dough.
Make small croquettes with the dough and empanice with the egg and ½ cup of remaining flour.
Heat the oil to fry in a pan and fry the croquettes until they are well browned.
