Preheat oven to 160ºC
Place the ham on a rack. Make diagonal cuts on the surface of the ham, to create a diamond design. Insert 1 nail in the center of each diamond. Dissolve the stevia in the lemon tea and add 1 cup of water to form a kind of honey. Pour over the ham. Arrange the pineapple slices on the outside of the ham. Place a cherry in the center of each slice and secure it with a toothpick.
Bake uncovered between 4-5 hours, bathing frequently with its juice, until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 72ºC. If you use a thermometer, make sure it is not touching the bone. Remove the chopsticks before serving.
