Recipe of green mole as they do at the grandmother's house. The green mole made from pepita is a classic Mexican cuisine that is always accompanied with a good portion of rice. Prepare this traditional recipe and conquer the palate of everyone at home.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 kilos pumpkin seed, powdered
  • 6 pork ribs
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 twigs fresh coriander
  • 2 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, deveined
  • 2 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected

Preparation

Cook the pork ribs with 1 garlic, 1/4 onion and salt. Reserve the broth that gives off the meat.
Blend the nugget, lettuce, chilies, 1/4 onion, 1 garlic, cilantro.
Fry the grind in a saucepan with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Do this, until the first boil.
Add the meat to the mole.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and beans.

TIPS

You can buy the nugget in a mill or in a dry chilli stand, you can buy it composed that have a better or simple flavor.
