The picadillo is a typical Mexican stew made from ground beef and vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 300 grams ground beef, or pig
  • salt, to taste
  • bay (laurel), to taste
  • oregano, to taste

Preparation

Cut the carrots and potatoes into squares and put them to cook
Grind tomato with onion to taste, put to season and empty the potatoes and carrots already cooked, once seasoned add ground beef or pork.
Let dry and add salt to taste as well as bay leaf and oregano.

PRESENTATION

Ready you can serve it on toast or just like that.
