Preparation
For the nut cream. In the blender, mix the nuts, the fried garlic and the light cream, add a little water and liquefy until everything is perfectly homogeneous. It is set aside.
The milanesa is spread and the ham and pineapple is placed in the center, it is folded, covering the meat with the filling.
Once folded, salt and pepper are added.
Put the meat in the pan with little oil and add the white wine.
Once cooked on both sides, put on the plate and decorate with walnut cream.
