Ingredients

4 servings
  • 450 grams of filet of beef tenderloin
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl, mix the onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and thyme.
    Take the meat and cover it with the garlic mixture making sure to cover all the meat.
    Put inside a plastic bag and marine in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
    Remove the meat and discard the marinade.
    Put the meat in a refractory and bake for 15 minutes (for a medium term meat).

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a platter with a sharp knife so that everyone cuts their portion.

    TIPS

    This recipe has to start in the morning since the marinade takes 6 hours. Accompany this dish with a Malbec wine.
