Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and thyme.
Take the meat and cover it with the garlic mixture making sure to cover all the meat.
Put inside a plastic bag and marine in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Remove the meat and discard the marinade.
Put the meat in a refractory and bake for 15 minutes (for a medium term meat).
