Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut in Milanese
  • 1 cup artichoke
  • 1 package Extra Special Goat Cheese®, fallen apart
  • 8 slices cured ham
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup dried tomato
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® whole milk
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Sprinkle chicken meats and add thyme.
On a chicken milanesa add the goat cheese and the artichokes, roll and wrap in serrano ham.
On a tray place the chicken breasts and bake for 15 minutes, until they are cooked.
For the sauce, in a blender, add the cream cheese, the dehydrated tomato and milk, blend until integrated.
In a saucepan pour the sauce and let cook for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper and oregáno.
Bathe the breasts with the previous sauce and enjoy.
