Preparation
In a food processor, process the white bread until you get a bread flour and mix with the milk.
Add in a deep bowl and mix bread crumbs, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, onion, garlic and egg. Mix well with your hands and season with pepper to taste.
With your hands make 18 meatballs, they will be the size of golf balls.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for approximately 6-8 minutes and remove from the oil.
Return the meatballs to the pan and pour the marinara sauce over them. Allow the sauce to boil and lower the heat, allow the meatballs to cook for 15 more minutes.
