Take a special plastic oven bag and empty a spoonful of flour, hold the bag closed and shake the flour. Place it on your turkey baking pan and leave it open and then put the turkey in it.
Melt the butter in a cup in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Keep the cup of white wine and your melted butter with the syringe and your turkey on a tray at hand.
Take the syringe, suck the melted butter slowly and inject it into the meat of the turkey, inject the breast, legs, wings, thighs, etc. In the end you will have a little bit of melted butter, keep it for the inside of the turkey and the surface. Now we will do the same but with the white wine, inject it everywhere until you finish the cup.
Now you are going to take the melted butter that is left with your fingers and you will smudge them inside the turkey and in all its skin. Then mix the white pepper with the onion salt and sprinkle over the whole turkey and inside to stick. And we're done!
Put the turkey in the bag with great care, close it with the special plastic tape that the bag brings, put it in your pavera and put it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours, you can leave it marinating all night and you will know better. To bake it preheat the oven to about 180 degrees and when introducing the turkey raises the temperature to 250 degrees and leave it for about 4 or 5 hours depending on the size of your turkey.
