This is a simple recipe to achieve a juicy and delicious turkey this Christmas, the filling may vary since the recipe of the turkey is very basic and gets along with almost all fillings of your choice and your garrisons of your liking.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tablespoons White pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion salt
  • 1 wheat pasta, to inject the turkey
  • 1 turkey oven bag
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 Turkey

Preparation

Take a special plastic oven bag and empty a spoonful of flour, hold the bag closed and shake the flour. Place it on your turkey baking pan and leave it open and then put the turkey in it.
Melt the butter in a cup in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Keep the cup of white wine and your melted butter with the syringe and your turkey on a tray at hand.
Take the syringe, suck the melted butter slowly and inject it into the meat of the turkey, inject the breast, legs, wings, thighs, etc. In the end you will have a little bit of melted butter, keep it for the inside of the turkey and the surface. Now we will do the same but with the white wine, inject it everywhere until you finish the cup.
Now you are going to take the melted butter that is left with your fingers and you will smudge them inside the turkey and in all its skin. Then mix the white pepper with the onion salt and sprinkle over the whole turkey and inside to stick. And we're done!
Put the turkey in the bag with great care, close it with the special plastic tape that the bag brings, put it in your pavera and put it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours, you can leave it marinating all night and you will know better. To bake it preheat the oven to about 180 degrees and when introducing the turkey raises the temperature to 250 degrees and leave it for about 4 or 5 hours depending on the size of your turkey. It will be ready when you check the meat and the juices come out transparent. It is delicious and very tender, enjoy it and Merry Christmas to all!

PRESENTATION

You can prepare your filling and when serving it in your beautiful tray place in the hollow of the turkey a little of your stuffing, as well as some sautéed vegetables or some chips around it, or if you made mashed potatoes with a duya to place the puree.

TIPS

Once cooked, your turkey opens the bag, wash it with the same broth and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes so that it is golden brown on top, but take care that it does not dry out, we only want it to take a tan color.
