Ingredients

  • 1 piece of natural turkey 5 to 6 kg
  • 1 piece of baguette for the filling
  • 2 pieces of celery Finely chopped for filling
  • 1 piece of onion Finely chopped for filling
  • 1 clove of garlic Finely chopped for filling
  • 2 cups of Butter at room temperature
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh rosemary for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of fine herbs for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme for butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of Salt for butter
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine for butter
  • 5 pieces of Apple
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 manta de cielo para cubrir el pavo

Preparation

In a bowl add butter with rosemary, garlic, thyme, fine herbs, salt and pepper, mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Separate the mixture in half and reserve a part.

Place a blanket of sky on the turkey and melt the rest of the butter in a pan and add the white wine. Then completely bathe the turkey with that butter.
Bake for 3 hours at 200 ° C, remove the turkey from the oven, remove the turkey blanket, serve on a platter and decorate with fresh rosemary, apple, orange and cherries.
