Juicy Turkey with Butter and White Wine

This juicy and delicious turkey is a perfect choice for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, a recipe very easy and full of flavor, its rich filling and the delicious puree will be the perfect choice to accompany.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of natural turkey 5 to 6 kg
  • 1 piece of baguette for the filling
  • 2 pieces of celery Finely chopped for filling
  • 1 piece of onion Finely chopped for filling
  • 1 tooth of Garlic Finely chopped for filling
  • 2 cups of Butter at room temperature
  • 4 teeth of Garlic chopped for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh rosemary for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of fine herbs for butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme for butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of Salt for butter
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine for butter
  • 5 pieces of Apple
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 manta de cielo para cubrir el pavo

Preparation

In a bowl add butter with rosemary, garlic, thyme, fine herbs, salt and pepper, mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Separate the mixture in half and reserve a part.

Bake for 3 hours at 200 ° C, remove the turkey from the oven, remove the turkey blanket, serve on a platter and decorate with fresh rosemary, apple, orange and cherries.

lo estoy cocinando, pero no indica como se elabora el gravy tan rico con lo que lo bañan en el video ni para que se usa la canela y azucar que esta en la receta ademas de los otros ingredientes al final.

Se ve bien, ya se hornea, pero esta mal explicado no se entiende si a la mitad que se aparto se calienta y se le agrega mas mantequilla y mas vino, canela y azúcar; la pimienta no viene en los ingredientes, el relleno lo hice con mi imaginación porque lo deja a un lado y no lo explica, espero que quede bien
