This rich recipe of lamb meat made on a grill is ideal for a family meal.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 750 grams of leg of lamb boneless
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 10 skewer sticks

    Preparation

    Prepare your grill either coal or gas.
    Mix all the ingredients except the lamb in a food processor to make the marinade.
    Cut the leg of lamb into cubes and mix in a deep bowl with the marinade.
    Put the lamb cubes on the skewer sticks.
    Cook skewers for about 6 minutes on the grill (the time may vary based on the heat level of your grill).
    Remove skewers from heat and serve.
