Preparation
Prepare your grill either charcoal or gas.
Combine all ingredients except the lamb in a food processor to make the marinade.
Cut the leg of lamb into cubes and mix in a deep bowl with the marinade.
Put the lamb cubes on the skewer sticks.
Cook the skewers for approximately 6 minutes on the grill (the time may vary based on the heat level of your grill).
Remove the skewers from the heat and serve.
