The rack of lamb, also known as "rack of lamb" is delicious and easier to prepare than you think! With this recipe you can make a rack of lamb ribs sealed with butter and parsley that will leave everyone shocked!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/3 cups ground bread, of baguette
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • 4 rack of lamb

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 centigrade. Put the bread in a tray and put it in the oven to dry it. Watch so that it does not brown.
Stir in the garlic, bread, echalot and parsley. Melt the butter and add the mustard powder and cayenne pepper.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper. Spread with the butter and put the parsley mixture on both sides of the ribs.
Seal the ribs in a pan (3 minutes on each side) and then put in the oven on a tray for 20 minutes until they are sewn on medium.
Once they are ready, remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes to avoid the juices coming out.
Cut the ribs and serve with potatoes and mint jelly.

TIPS

Accompany this dish with a Malbec wine.
