This is an adaptation of a Turkish dish, combining meats flavored with Greek style yoghurt. Try this recipe for chicken and lamb fillet with yoghurt and saffron, delicious and different.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 1/4 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • Dried oregano
  • 1 package saffron powder
  • sea ​​salt, and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 1/4 cups lamb meat, in cubes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 breads, naan
  • Spring mix lettuce, green
  • 1/2 bunches fresh scallion, chopped

Preparation

One day before, mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, the oregano, the half of the saffron, the turmeric and seasonings.
Divide this mixture and spread half on the lamb and chicken and let marinate.
Cool the remaining half in a bowl.
Seal the chicken in a hot pan and cook thoroughly or until golden brown.
Seal the lamb in another hot pan and cook until well cooked.
To serve, put the naan bread in the center of the plate and arrange the green lettuce on top.
Arrange the meat on top of the naan, and finish with a spoonful of Yogurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% saffron in the center and sprinkle the onions.
