Preparation
For Kebab: 1. Combine the meat and onion in a large bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, mint and stir constantly.
Add the spice mixture to the meat mixture and stir with your hands.
Divide into several portions and roll over a skewer stick. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 min.
Using a grill, cook the kebabs, turning them once, until they are cooked and a little burned on the outside.
For the tsatziki: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the garlic, cucumber, dill and lemon juice.
Grind the pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
