Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 bunch of fresh thyme without stems
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander seed
  • 1 bunch of parsley chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 8 pieces of lamb chop
  • 7 ounces of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 1/2 pieces of green lemons

    Preparation

    Place the thyme, spices and parsley in a mortar with the oil and grind for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Press this seasoning on both surfaces of each chop.
    Cook the chops in an iron pan for about 8 minutes until it is completely cooked on both sides.
    Mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% with the lemon juice and serve on the chops before serving.
