Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 racks of lamb
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 Red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 pinch oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add a little oil in a pan and heat until very hot.
Add the lamb until golden brown and remove from heat.
Let the pan cool and fry the onion, garlic and chili until soft. Add the breadcrumbs, the seasonings and let cool- To make this more delicious add a teaspoon of mint to the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%.
Season the lamb to taste and place in a pan to roast, put the bread crumbs on top.
Bake until cooked to preference.
Serve with Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%.

TIPS

If you like it spicy, add chili flakes in the bread crumb mixture.
