Try this recipe for a special dinner, this lamb with spices is soft thanks to the fact that it is marinated in spices and Greek style yoghurt FAGE Total.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 rack of lamb
  • olive oils (a bit)
  • Salt
  • ground black peppers
  • 1 1/8 cups of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% (for the marinade)
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped (for marinade)
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped (for marinade)
  • 1 teaspoonful of chili flake
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of rosemary chopped

    Preparation

    Beat all the ingredients of the marinade in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
    Place the lamb and season.
    Rub the lamb with Yoghurt Marinade Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% on both sides.
    Place in a freezer bag and put in the marinade, refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
    To cook: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and heat the olive oil in a pan or tray.
    Seal the lamb and let roast in the oven for 2 and a half hours.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with Greek salad and potatoes.
