Try this recipe for a special dinner, this lamb with spices is soft thanks to the fact that it is marinated in spices and Greek style yoghurt FAGE Total.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 rack of lamb
  • olive oils, (a bit)
  • salt
  • ground black peppers
  • 1 1/8 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%, (for the marinade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (for marinade)
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped (for marinade)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

Preparation

Beat all the ingredients of the marinade in a large bowl for 4 minutes.
Place the lamb and season.
Rub the lamb with Yoghurt Marinade Greek Style FAGE® Total 0% on both sides.
Place in a freezer bag and put in the marinade, refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
To cook: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and heat the olive oil in a pan or tray.
Seal the lamb and let roast in the oven for 2 and a half hours.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Greek salad and potatoes.
