Lasagna with Vegetables

A complete and delicious Italian dish to which no child can resist.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package lasagna pasta, of your preference
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams carrot, finely grated
  • 200 grams zucchini, finely grated
  • 200 grams tomtato, cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Dried oregano
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • cheeses, to grill
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

In a frying pan sauté the onion and the tomato.
Add the meat and cook completely.
Add the carrot and zucchini and cook for 10 min.
Add the tomato puree and oregano. Incorporate all the ingredients.
Add the Philadelphia cheese bar and dissolve it completely.
Rectify flavor and add salt if necessary.
In a refractory put a base of lasagna and on this a layer of meat with vegetables, so on until completing the refractory.
In the last layer of lasagna put cream and cheese to gratinate.
Bake at 175 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes or until the cheese is grated.

PRESENTATION

Cut into squares and serve hot.

TIPS

The lasagna can be cooked in water or use the one that does not need previous cooking.
