Lasagne of Milanesas of Chicken in Chipotle Cream

If you love milanesas in every way, this recipe for crispy chicken milanesas, in creamy chipotle chili sauce au gratin with Oaxaca cheese, you'll love it. Everything is done in a refractory simulating a lasagna. It is an original presentation and the taste, extraordinary.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups Water, for the sauce
  • 6 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 1/2 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 6 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cornflakes, ground, for bread
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon salt, to bread
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, to bread
  • 1/4 cups oil, to fry
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the sauce, heat a pot over medium heat with the water and cook the tomatoes with the onion and garlic. Remove from cooking and blend with the chipotle peppers and salt. Strain the sauce and reserve.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, fry the sauce and add the cream, cook until it is incorporated, rectify seasoning, reserve.
For the breaded, in a bowl beat the egg with milk, a little salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the cornflakes with the ground bread. Bread the breasts through the egg mixture, remove the excess, and cover with the bread crumb mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and fry the milanesas until crispy. Remove the excess fat and cut them into strips.
In a refractory oven, add a layer of sauce, place the Milanese strips and a layer of cheese, repeat the process until the mold is complete, add a last layer of cheese and gratin in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serves hot

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice with salad on a plate

TIPS

Remember that before frying, the oil must be hot so that the fat is not absorbed in excess.
