Special dish for the family, prepare this recipe where the chicken is juicy and perfect with this creamy sauce based on red pepper and tomato. You will love it.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 chicken legs, clean
  • 5 bell peppers, reserve a bit to cut into slices
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

In a pot place the pieces of chicken to cook until they are ready.
Then in a pan brown the chicken to your liking with a splash of oil.
Blend the peppers with the cumin, garlic and milk.
In a saucepan add the previous mixture and let it thicken a little.
Add the onion and chopped tomato, let cook for 6 minutes. Once it is ready add the pieces of chicken previously browned and leave on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the cream (if it is too thick add a little more milk) and incorporate with the chicken.
Finally add the slices of red pepper that you reserved. Cook for a few more minutes or until the slices are soft. Serve and enjoy.

TIPS

Accompany with a little white rice.
