Ingredients

6 portions
  • Pam® butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 6 chicken fillet, breast
  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cream, low fat
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray a pan with 6 shots of PAM® Butter and seal the breast fillets on both sides, and season with salt and pepper. Let cook over medium heat.
Blend the lemon cup with the cilantro, onion and chopped garlic .
Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and heat the cream, add the mixture of cilantro and lemon little by little until the sauce is incorporated.

PRESENTATION

Serve the breasts bathed in the sauce.

TIPS

It is important to take into account that if the sauce is cooked a lot it becomes sour due to the lemon, it is important that it cook only once, since when reheating we can lose the good flavor.

Un poco àcida Sugiero  se ponga menos   limón, ya que con la cantidad indicada queda una salsa muy ácida.  :)
