Preparation
Wash the chicken perfectly, preferably remove the skin and mucosa (gelatin).
In a casserole with preferably chopped a slice of butter for each piece of chicken, when you undo the chicken and squeeze half a lemon a piece, wait for a golden brown and turn, place another sliced butter, another Half lemon per piece, salt and pepper.
