Lemon Roasted Leeks with Pico de Gallo de Pimiento

These delicious breasts will delight you with their lemony acidity flavor. Sure your family will love it; Go ahead and try something delicious and easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of onion powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
  • 5 pieces of lemon just the juice
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of Red pepper diced
  • 4 spoonfuls of White onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    In a refractory place onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, lemon juice and mix until blended, add the breasts and marinate for 15 minutes.
    On a grill over medium heat place the breasts, grill for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side, let grill until they are cooked.
    For the sauce in a bowl add the olive oil, the red pepper, the purple onion and the cilantro, season with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.
    Serve chicken breast with pico de gallo on top.

    PRESENTATION

    In an extended dish place 4 pieces with the sauce on top.

    TIPS

    Do not let the breasts marinate for a long time as it denatures chicken protein.
