Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo loin, in medium pieces
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions

Preparation

In a pan put to melt the butter, incorporate the tenderloin into medium pieces and put them to fry.
When cooked and browned, remove from the pan and reserve.
In the same butter put the washed tomatoes, garlic, onion, habanero, move constantly so that the ingredients are not burned.
Put these ingredients in the blender and liquefy.
Put the meat in the pan and pour the mixture over it. Boil for 15 minutes over low heat.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with white rice and corn kernels or a delicious spaghetti sprinkled with grated cheese.
