Loin to Cherries

Pork loin dipped in cream of cherries, a simple dish with a sophisticated and delicious touch. It is perfect to prepare in an important dinner or simply to surprise everyone. Its bittersweet taste will fascinate you.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 kilos of pork tenderloin
  • 4 spoonfuls of maggi sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 2 cubes of chicken bouillon powder
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Cherry syrup
  • 1 Cup of ketchup

    Preparation

    In a refractory place the loin and season with salt, pepper, 1 bucket of chicken bouillon powder, maggi sauce, English sauce and marinate overnight.
    Once marinated, seal the loin on all sides; this in order not to dry or reduce so much.
    In the blender add the cream, catsup, cherries, cherry juice, 1 bucket chicken consommé in powder and the caldito in which the tenderloin was marinated.
    Place the sealed loin in a refractory and bathe with the blender mixture.
    Take to the oven at 180 ° C for two and a half hours (1 hour per kilo of the loin is baked).
    Once ready, slice and decorate with cherries.
