Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pork tenderloin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, big
  • 2 teaspoons table salt
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups sour cream

Preparation

Grind the onion, garlic, chicken broth and salt in a blender.
Heat the butter in a pot, once it is melted, put the loin to seal, and brown well on all sides. When it is already golden brown add the previous mixture, boil for 10 minutes.
Put the loin on a baking sheet, add the rest of the broth and the consommé powder, cover with aluminum and bake for 90 minutes at 180ºC.
After this time mix the ketchup sauce with the cream and add to the loin. Let cook for 30 minutes or until tenderloin is soft.
Let it rest, slice and bathe with the same sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with baked vegetables or potatoes.
