Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams Roquefort cheese, or blue cheese
  • 200 milliliters chicken soup, or chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 kilos loin
  • 3 kilos potato
  • 1 kilo carrot
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste nutmeg

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and put them to boil. When they are ready, let them cool and then season with a little salt and oil. We stir with a little mayonnaise or cream.
We put the loin in a dish, salt it and put only pepper and a little garlic powder. We send it to the oven until it is ready.
And finally when this almost the meat we make the sauce: we put a little olive oil in the pan with the onions, stir and put the cubes of cheese, when this is a paste, we put the chicken broth (previously prepared ), before removing from heat add the parsley, pepper and nutmeg. We turn off and serve on the meat and eat!

PRESENTATION

In the presentation you can put it on a plate or tray and decorate it around with the salad and sauce on the meat or simply serve it on the plate.

TIPS

If the sauce is very thick or as if it were puree, add a little more broth and nothing more.
