Preparation
Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes and put them to boil. When they are ready, let them cool and then season with a little salt and oil. We stir with a little mayonnaise or cream.
We put the loin in a dish, salt it and put only pepper and a little garlic powder. We send it to the oven until it is ready.
