Lomo Mechado in Tamarind Sauce

Cook this spectacular pork loin covered in bacon doradito, roasted with almond, prune, apricots and garlic cloves that give a sweet, juicy and full of flavor. This rich loin covered in tamarind sauce, with a spicy touch of morita pepper and sweet tamarind mixed with piloncillo will fascinate you.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of pork tenderloin 3 kg, clean
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond to loin loin

  • 1/4 of Cup of chicken soup for tamarind sauce
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nail for tamarind sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter

    Preparation
