This recipe is marinated for both beef, pork or chicken. Even if they also animate with fish. It gives a lot of flavor to the meat and keeps it moist and juicy. With the pork chops it goes very well; do not stop trying them.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 sour oranges
  • 1 güero pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Finely chop cilantro, garlic, and chili. Reservation.
In a ziploc plastic bag pour the juice of sour oranges, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste along with what you chopped in the previous step.
Seal the bag and mix perfectly. This will be the concentrate to marinate the meat.
Enter the pieces of meat one by one, in this case pork chops. That they are well impregnated with the marinated mixture.
Place them in a container to refrigerate for 2 hours before roasting, in the same container you can pour the marinade to continue to impregnate the meat.
Grill the chops in a pan or grill until they look golden. Once it has caramelized, pour the mixture so that it grabs more flavor the meat.

PRESENTATION

Serve with mashed potatoes, salad or pasta.

TIPS

If you do not have sour orange, use two sweet oranges and 4 lemons.
