Preparation
Combine coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic in a large sealable bag. Place the meat, seal the bag and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Prepare the grill.
Remove the meat from the bag and throw the marinade. Place the steaks on the grill and cook 2 minutes on each side or more if desired for a more cooked finish.
