Preparation
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, lemon and salt and pepper.
Add the meat to the container and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put a wok (or pan) over medium heat and heat the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot put the vegetables first to sew for about 15 minutes (until the vegetables are cooked).
Add the meat with all the juice of the marinade to the vegetables and cook until obtaining the desired term for the meat (between 5-10 minutes).
Remove from heat and serve very hot.
