Beef and many vegetables marinated in soy to wok. They bring a little sake and lemon, ingredients that give the oriental touch and let you prepare at home a simple dish, healthy and delicious. Do not hesitate to prepare it and surprise everyone at home.

  • 1 kilo beef heart steak
  • 1 red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1 cup snow pea
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in juliana
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup sake, (if you do not have beer)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste black pepper


In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, lemon and salt and pepper.
Add the meat to the container and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put a wok (or pan) over medium heat and heat the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot put the vegetables first to sew for about 15 minutes (until the vegetables are cooked).
Add the meat with all the juice of the marinade to the vegetables and cook until obtaining the desired term for the meat (between 5-10 minutes).
Remove from heat and serve very hot.


Serve the meat and vegetables on a platter and decorate with strips of carrot and a little oriental peanut sauce.


If you do not have a wok you can use a large skillet.
